Accidents do happen. What we can do is to prevent its reoccurrence and reduce risk in case it happens again. After accident first step we take is forming reactive strategy for immediate implementation. However we also have to ensure that such accidents are prevented by proactive measures. Mr. I. G. Dudhani will take us through
1. The Proactive Accident Prevention (The causation & prediction Module and the prevention Strategy)
2. The Reactive Accident Prevention (The Human Behaviour pattern and the prevention Strategy)
Mr. I G Dudhani is recipient of president’s award for his Meritorious Service in the field of Health and safety. Mr. Dudhani is Mechanical Engineer in addition he has completed Safety Engineering, bomb disposal engineering and camouflage engineering from collage of Military Engineering Pune. He has 26+ years experience and presently working with Alfa Laval (India) as Sr. Manager HSE for five plants. He is also Management Representative for ISO 14001 & 18001 for group. Prior to this he has also worked for Hindustan Antibiotics where he received honour of “Outstanding Officer Award”. He has received number of such appreciations from various agencies and industrial establishments & especially from Police and District Administration. For Govt of Maharashtra has honoured him by giving “Professional Excellence Award” at the hands of Hon. Shri Shabeerbhai Sheikh, Minister for Labor & Industries.
