Since you are doing this webinar on May 18th and the Lake County Social Media Group is meeting May 23rd and has already done two Facebook Skype video conferences, why not let them know about your upcoming webinar via the Meetup site? You just might get some takers from there - all things considered. I doubt Mark Rudiger would mind. It simply adds more value to what he is already doing. It's a win/win arrangement. But, as a point of courtesy, I think you should ask for his permission.
