Charu Bahri | | Hi,
I'm working on an article on do's and don'ts during pregnancy for a booklet on the subject being brought out by a leading Indian publisher.
Need to connect with young mothers, women who have some major experience to share of their pregnancy and so on.
Looking for points regarding diet / exercise / medication to avoid / difficulties faced during pregnancy and so on.
Please connect with me by PM if you have something to share.
Thanks,
Charu www.charubahri.com

Lavanya Karalkar | | Just saw the name Charu and came to this topic to find out what Charu has got to do with young mothers?
Sorry Charu Bahri ..I will go 'Bahri'
PS: EVen old mothers could have something to share with you na? There is no difference between pregnancy these days and pregnancy those days except for the 'n' number of 4D 5 D scans taken. Private Reply to Lavanya Karalkar |

charu hasan | | Charu Jee, I am also another charu. I have three daughters and four grand children. All of them are great and famous. Let us leave it at that.
Protien diet is most important. The morning sickness is due to the physical bulge. Proper eating good protien diet in spite of vomitting will cure the rejection problem. Grand fathers also help in developing grand children. My grandson has written a book and published at 16 on his own. Keep in touch charuhasan at the rate of yahoo.com Private Reply to charu hasan |

Lavanya Karalkar | | Hahahahahahaha I can't stop laughing.
charu (this time I will call you M.Charu > Male Charu) that was real great advice and it made me think why only young mothers even old grandfathers are more capable of contributing to this thread. Private Reply to Lavanya Karalkar |

padmanabhan ramasubban | | Charu B,
My own personal experience is the the pregnant expecting mother needs to maintain a calm healthy mental state, always listen to good soothing music which is supposed to calm the foetus and eat a healthy diet as advised by Charu anna with out over indulging on food.
It would be helpful if the husband and in laws are friendly /affectionate to the pregnant girl.
All that talk on consuming saffron to get a fair skinned baby is crap and do not get conned by it.A good healthy baby is what you want rest of the things are not important including wanting boy or girl .
It is advisable to keep track of medical check ups and monitor foetal movement daily as advised by Gynec/obsetrician.Private Reply to padmanabhan ramasubban |
