"Personality Profiling " is a simple and a easy to understand personal assessment tool to identify your behavioural personality. Using the information gained through this assessment, you can capitalize on your behavioural strenghts, improve communication, appreciate the differences, reduce conflicts and foster teamwork.
In this session:
a) You will learn a CUTTING EDGE and mindblowingly simple technique that will help you understand what type of personality you are.
b) More importantly you can use that technique to understand even an unfamiliar person in FIVE MINUTES of meeting him/her. Once you become good at it, you'll be able to even READ a stranger on the phone, simply by the manner in which the person speaks on the phone!
The session will comprise of a multimedia presentation and role-plays to practice the technique ON THE SPOT!

ABOUT THE FACULTY
Milind Jadhav is a Personal Branding Trainer and a Life Skills Coach from Chennai, India. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Milind has been in the Advertising & Marketing functions for about 15 years. He has worked on developing Advertising and Marketing Strategies for brands like Godrej, Amul, Sony, Parryware amongst others and has exposure to a range of categories including personal care, foods, consumer durables, healthcare, hospitality, household goods etc.
During his career he has worked extensively with young professionals - coaching them, mentoring them with a perspective to helping them get clarity on their own strengths and weaknesses, their purpose in life, their goals and the strategies they need to get to these goals.
He now conducts training programs to share his knowledge on Marketing and Personal Branding with individuals who want to use this unique method to create, crystallize and monitor their own Personal Brand.
