Can you let me know how is the market in Kancheepuram is it wise to invest in kanchipuram now and also the future developments happening in kanchipuram.

charu hasan | | It depends how young or how old we are. Kancheepuram is going to be the next Madras city. We bought a 5 grounds old banglow in 1960 for a lakh and 32 thou, and it is worth 25 crores today. Going by gold standard that has gone up 150 times the value is less than double. By the theory money getting interest doubling every 5 years in bank; it would be 7 crores. There are other factors that make land value go up.

SOEB FATEHI | | generally the best investment is in land on river banks . . . if the river flows all year round then better still . . . . . and if on an estuary or a delta then uttam! . . . those who settled on the banks of the Amazon, Nile, Ganges, Mississipi, Hwang Ho, etc know it well . . .
sometimes floods damage and cyclones too . . . over time the civilizations on river banks endure and survive longest and prosper best . . .
