Annelise Piers | | There’s been a revival for accent neutralization training, not only from the call centre space but also companies that service domestic and global clients.
We're offering an intensive 7-day program of 6 hours a day. Our training will uncover the mystery of mother tongue neutralization and give you the tools to assess, select and train individuals for client-facing roles.
In addition, you’ll learn how to develop comprehension skills in learners and create awareness of the differences in Indian and global English.

Time: 10am — 4.30pm
