kishor Jagirdar | | We are looking for 10 Business Transformation trainers to handle Process Training for a Project that is basically into migration of the business process of a client which is one of the market leader in business intelligence and market research.
The trainer must have exposure to market research process and added advantage if the trainer has exposure to SAS (Statistical Analysis Software) or SPSS tool.
Understanding the way data is collated and market reports are generated in the media like the TV channels rating, the process of how retailing systems works in automation/bills and data gathering of customer behavior or purchase behavior.
Any exposure to census/survey or Social development projects could be added advantage.
The trainers will be oriented to the Business Process of the customer initially (one week) and then will have to deliver /facilitate along with the SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) on a cycle of 10 working days continuously for 2 months in intervals. The assignment on (classroom training ) will be from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm 5 days a week
The trainer should have a pleasing personality, good sense of humour, with atleast 10 years of training and facilitation exposure with MNCs/international environment or with sound exposure to IT process training .Six sigma process understanding will be added advantage. Should have excellent communication skills and cultural sensitiveness/ etiquette while working with SMEs across different parts of the world.
Per day professional fees will be Rs 5,000./- (x 15 days = Rs 75,000/-)
Project Location: Bangalore (at our customer premise, a Top 20 IT company in India ).
Those from Bangalore city will be given first preference.
We are open to trainers from any where in India.
