Sandy Glover | | I totally agree. The greatest amount of care must be put in to selecting a company to outsource. For example, when outsourcing to a third party, you must be sure that the third party meets all FCRA and FDCRA regulations. When outsourcing for pre-employment, FCRA, DPPA, and HIPPA compliance is a must...any thing less is inviting legal problems you or your company don't need.
