Thank you all for your interest in the 150TPD Cement plant mentioned in my previous post. I would like to inform that the 150TPD plant has been sold. We now have another 60 TPD Cement Plant with its Own 80Acres Captive Mines for SALE. Please see the details of the mentioned Cement plant below.

A Private limited company who manufacture 43 Grade OPC Cement with VSK (vertical shaft kiln) Technology, is available for SALE/TAKEOVER. The current production capacity is 60TPD (Tonnes per day) which can be increased to 120TPD with the addition of just another Kiln of 60TPD capacity, without changing any other machinery.

Location of the plant: Dhone, State of Andhra Pradesh. Distance, 305Kms from Bangalore, 258Kms from Hyderabad.

The company owns 80Acres of limestone mines. The quality of limestone is superior to the limestone available in the Chitradurga belt. Mine is located 32Kms from the plant in a hilly area and has all the required clearances.

Asking Price is Rs.13Crores (Slightly negotiable). Please Note that setting up a similar Capacity Plant would cost around Rs.20 Cr (excluding the cost of mines), and would take 18-24months to set up.
