Jeff Beeman | | Don't know how to start with an auto responder system? Here are some basics!
I use Aweber $1 first month - $19 a month after that for up to 500 names.
#1) Set up the Auto responder account - Read through it and understand how it all works.
a) Depending on how many different campaigns it allows you to set up set one up for a specific campaign - IE:How to start an online business
#2) Along with creating an actual page from a free web page service you may want to have a thank you page...or you can just allow the first email that goes out with the subscription to be the thank you info. -> Your choice
#3) Make sure once they confirm or opt in that it then sends them to the relevant sales page for what ever program you are promoting.
#4) You will have to design the submit button email, phone, name ect... Some of the FREE ones have a set template you have to use.
#5) I use a mix of Blogger.com (very easy to use) and www.webs.com (also pretty easy and free) for my actual site where I place the auto-responder info. You will also want to place the auto responder info on your Blogs for News letter subscription.

Down the road the ideal situation is developing capture pages with good SEO through a Word Press Blog or platform so more people find the page in general searches with out having to pitch them or spam them.
