How do you ascertain if a candidate is lying or exaggerating his/her capabilities in the resume?
For instance, the resume says "Good presentation and Communication skills" but its littered with grammatical and spelling errors. Now how does one trust whether the rest of the resume is really the truth?
How do you screen such resumes especially when you have to deal with 100s of them?

You can create a template / tracker through which you can run all the resumes and get the ones filtered that meet your requirement.

could work ...who knows ???? or a big board in the reception saying "LIARS WILL BE TORTURED AND ELIMINATED IN THE MOST PAINFUL METHODS KNOWN TO HUMANITY"
Or even better you could hang gory pictures of people in various stages of pain or death...and tell your receptionist to just state casually about how they came to be that way...

Abt the movie bit...Hmmm...That Johar boy (Kal ho na ho guy) was after my life to do a sequel....but i didnt see any point in raising Shah Rukh from the grave all over again.... and also involving the not so 'Pretty Zinta" too
