Moosa Khan | | Hi,
I am looking for a good lawyer who can help me with filing a case against Airtel for their negligence and putting me into financial difficulties and sue for the claims (in District Consumer Court).
I had been sending them mails since the day I signed up for the number portability (since 1st July 2013) and till now my number has not been activated. The sim which they gave me was a faulty one, when I inserted the sim it said "SIM REGISTRATION FAILED" I have been writing to them since then I have not been receiving any replies from them.
Any contacts/references would be really appreciated.

He applied for internet connection for his home, they have taken Rs.3000 deposit till date no connection given, when asked for refund back they keep giving lame excuses, its been 5 months, no question of refund. I dont know whom to blame the Air-tel or its associates who are so inefficient in service.
My friend would be happy to join Moosa to get his refund.

Bengaloorean Basavanna | | Send a complaint to the nodal officer....if that does not resolve the issue complaint to appelate authority

Jayaraj Wilson | | I have had a similar experience with the Broadband connection. They called me stating that there is feasibility in the area, took the deposit amount and I have been emailing the customer care, nodal officer and appelate officer.
They finally issued a partial refund but I am still running after them for the rest of the money. They keep saying we will get back in 24 to 48 hours.Private Reply to Jayaraj Wilson | | |
