Training is very essential activity for the organization to build the knowledge, competency and skills of individual working for it. Organization as well as individuals may have to adopt and adapt to the situation as there is a fast change in technology, business process. Customer needs better outcome, at lower cost within smallest possible time. If we keep on doing same thing, what we were doing yesterday, we will get same outcome, what we had in past.
