Rachael Sloan | | We need a (or several) truly amazing employee or partner, and I don't know where to look!
My husband and I opened two branches of a restaurant in Oaxaca, Mexico this last year. The idea is to grow into a chain of restaurants across the country. The concept is simple and sound: high quality, small menu, real food, fast production.
The two stores that are open are working.
The idea is sound and tested. The market for the product is here. We know exactly how to set-up each restaurant. The recipes are fine tuned. We even have investors.
What we lack is an individual or team of individuals to make this work. We need responsible, smart people who we can train to open the next 100 branches.
Some days it seems like the person or people we need simply don't exist! Do you have any suggestions on finding them?
