I thought I would pass along a little bit of feedback on my trial run today.

I and my wife made calls. She's currently out of work and has been asking me to let her make some calls. Today was her first day. I had a better time getting through the script then she did. Based on all the calls, I have to say that I received more call backs, today, than I normally do. I also changed my business voicemail / cell phone to eliminate my company name. I think some of the earlier hang-ups were due to people thinking I work for a collections agency, rather than a credit card processing company. I used your voicemail script, almost exactly. Where you said IBM, I said VISA, as I am a processor for them. One of my return messages, a lady said that she was returning my call regarding her VISA account. She hoped that she was not over her limit, as she was running close. More success, but wrong sales avenue.

I also believe that my wife gets more success in her sales calls, being a woman, than I ever do. Just in that, I may need to hire her. Thanks for your support. More later.

> Ok Jeff, I'm game. I make a lot of calls per day and I do leave voicemails. I even scripted a voicemail message that I thought sounded pretty good. It doesn't quite reach the very long one, as you mentioned, but it does give some specifics about why I'm calling and what my business is. I get very few call backs, a bit more hang-ups on my voicemail, and often wonder if it's worth it. I'll try your script in the next few days and get back to you. I have to try something, because my present plan is not working. Thanks
