Yes, we are yet to kick start, though we have been growing slowly in numbers. WE ARE A 55-MEMBER GROUP. NOT A SMALL ONE, BUT SUCCESS LIES IN MAKING AT LEAST 25 MEMBERS SEE EACH OTHER FACE-TO-FACE AND UNLEASH OUR COMMON PROGRAMES QUICKLY.
I was wondering if a few would post their solid and practical ideas, which could be put on stream. I took the issue of roads in my initial postings. I also expanded the idea and said that we could cover a good lot of issues concerning CHENNAI from a DEVELOPMENT sense.
I am avoiding postings relating to religion, jobs, astrology, politics and similar such issues, for which there are a good number of internet discussion forums, in which I am also pumping out my ideas and opinions. I would like to keep this particular forum reserved for issues on, of, about and in CHENNAI. If I cannot do that, I will certainly turn silent and bother about whatever I do on other fronts, but I don't want to make this particular group, anall-in-all discussion group.
The main objective of WCFC is to find out ways and means of making CHENNAI more hospitable and less-hassle free to live in. In my next post, I will also dwelve at length, what are the specific issues we can bring out here and tackle.
