Jerry Goodwin | | Hi, My name is Jerry Goodwin. I am a Personal Trainer in Moultrie Georgia and I publish a fitness related newesletter. I try to put an exercise, a recipe and some pertinent fitness information in each issue. I was publishing monthly up to May of 2004 and then was injured and had to have some surgery. I have not got back into writing but would like to.
I am the director of the Atlanta Area 911 Fitness Challenge that started January 9, 2005 and will end April 3, 2005 at the Bally Total Fitness at Stone Mountain Georgia.
I am hoping to get an issue of the newsletter out by March of this year to my old subscriber base and any others that might want it. The Newsletter is called Body Mind and Goals, hopefully I can go back to a monthly soon.
