Give us a brief case history. When I interview someone I always ask this question. We all should have a good response to this question and we'll be waiting to see yours.

Hi Terry,
I would have to answer your question this way. The one thing I have done professionally that I am most proud of is the last project I worked on. Why? I put my heart and soul into each project and I am always trying to improve upon each project but even if I only match the excellence I acheived on my last one,I know the results are as good as I could give. When you put 110% into what you are doing, you will always be satisfied with the results.

I would answer this question two ways:

a. From clients to employees, to strategic partnerships, I’ve not been challenged on my level of integrity or honesty, thinking that I was trying to do something unethical, immoral, unlawful, or unfair.

b. The clientele that was helped in 2004 was phenomenal. They are some of the greatest group that I have ever had the pleasure to work with on a small business level. Because of there attentiveness and hard work there are 7 new millionaires in this world that had been previously struggling to just break the $300K level. One of them has entered the 10 digit level and climbing!! While adding many good jobs for others. Truly life changing events for many people.

c. My level of passion and commitment has only been heightened due to their success. Truly a win win position!! I am blessed to be part of the solution.

I produced an extremely successful concert here in Vancouver, BC for one of Hip Hops TOP 5 artists....

The entire city still talks about how an event that perfect will never be done again out here. It is a historical event for the Urban Community and I am excessively proud to have been an integral part of that.

What about you Terry?

I increased the attendance at a local day care facility by amost 60% by lowering tuition costs and increasing the adult to student ratio to 2 children per adult. I enlisted the assistance of many retired senior workers and many college students that were working on a variety od degrees like teaching, psychology, social work, sociology. By increasing the headcount of adults the teachers were must less stressed and the children were much happier. The tuition was able to be lowered because there were so many adults available both paid and non paid that the amount of work being done by the paid workers was greatly reduced, allowing for staff reductions. Now many families tha could not afford day care could afford this day care. Additionally, I arranged for this day care to file for 501C3 (non-profit) status - which if approved, will allow this company access to federal grant money, allowing the tuition to go even lower. Everyone wins - the community, the seniors, the college students, the children, the families with limited means and the teachers and the employees. I am very proud of this accomplishment. I responded to a call for help from the owner of a day care center that was on the verge of going bankrupt and I found a way for them to generate more business, increase the quality of their product and reduce costs and implement this business plan in less then 60 days.
