And LK(g) i am happy to see that you are concerned with pavements and such small but big problems of Chennai as much as you are for Mumbai.
Surely one day you will make a difference to Chennai too.
I see that Harish and Anurag are here too. Good for Chennai.
I have only one small comment on the slogan

i wonder if i barter to give away
vigilance and take liberty
then there will be open field for
the corrupt to take liberties in
the absence of vigilance.
