Kuari Pass
( 05th. May to 20th. May 2005 )
Standing on the Kuari Pass at an elevation of 14,000ft. the jagged grandeur of the mighty Himalayas pierces one’s vision. We have a breath taking view of Kedarnath, Chaukhamba, Neelkantha, Kamet, Ghori Parbat, Hathi Parbat, Nanda Devi, Dunagiri and Trishul. Trekking through primitive jungle, the entire trail passing through small villages where faith and tradition dates back to centuries,
is rich in flora and fauna. Lord Curzon had trekked on this trail and hence it is also known as ‘Curzon Trail’ .
