Once you've gotten all of your bills set up and structured. You can put them all online to be paid through each companies website. Those which have it.

You an open up all sites at the same time with your bills in front of you and pay 3, 4, 5 at the same time, while you enter them in your check book, print a receipt, staple it to the bill, put in the pile for filing. It's a great thing and it removes the tedious "boring" task of writing out all the checks, it's faster and frees you up to goof off :) I mean that in the nicest way LOL

And poof in about 20 minutes you can be finished.

That's cool. No stamps, no added expenses just simplicity at its finest. Why am I telling you this? Because I just paid my Cell; Auto Ins., Kohl's, and phone bills in 15 minutes, printed the receipt, stapled and put in the pile for filing.

Now the filing pile is for a day when I have no focus. I put on music, dance around and do the filing. Sort on the desk/bed or table put in order in the cabinet which has neatly and alphebetized order.

Cool beans hu?

One more tiny thing. You are going to have sign in names and passwords to remember ... Gack.

Start a small "table" with rows.

In each box, put provider; sign in name and the password. Open it in word as you do your bills and you'll have a convenient memory so you don't have to. Unless of course you want to :)

See ya!

p.s. it's also good to have a listing of these things should you ever need some one to help you, god forbid ... in case of illness etc., you direct them where to look in your computer for it as well as the "saved" links to the payment pages in a separate folder in your computer that you specifically put all the links to each individual site.

Seem like alot? :) Not really... it's simplicity and it's done in a shorter amount of time later.
