What it cost to purchase instant publisher for XP? And does anyone know where to order it? Right now i have a snail mail publication but would like to start a online one too. Does anyone know where they have a place online where you can start free online ezines?

I've never used Instant Publisher, so I can't help you with that one. As far as starting up a free online ezine, check with http://EZezine.com. Service is free for smaller lists, no ads inserted, full account control.
