It is pretty long since we all huddled together. Many new members have joined. We planned for some activities. Very unluckily, we couldn't continue the momentum. I could understand how fragile is our set-up and how big we dreamt.
The passing away of my father on June 20th had put me off from many social and professional commitments. I couldn't spend time with WCFC as well. So it happened to be a default of the Moderator himself.
A few of our very active members got into the marital bliss and WCFC had to remain in the kerbs, naturally.
Ok, I am not going to draw any plan, at least for now, that would again show out our inability to push forward to accomplish.
But can we meet on this Sunday (7th Aug.) at 9.30 AM? We don't remain there normally after 11 AM, when we meet there. Pl put out your msgs, give rousing calls to your friends, bring at least 1 of your friends, who is yet to get into WCFC and let us see if we can move forward again. Yeah, yeah, no question of big planning this time, unless we are able to find out a Program Manager for any Program we may finalize.

Responses are lacking. No confirmation so far from anybody. Of late, my time management has become a bit tight and let me see if there is going to be a meeting on 7th Aug. at all.

I couldn't see any confirmation so far for the proposed meeting on 7th Aug. Sunday. Not able to talk to the activists individually this time, as I am really pressed up between one or other work. My work demands more of my time now at different cities. But this can't be an excuse for long. Let me interact with some of you and find a way out soon.

Iam not ryzing like I used to before.. family commitments and general outings with wife during weekends have put me slightly off from blogging/ browsing..
I suggest please give me/ Harish a call incase you are in town..
its goin to be difficult this month as iam tied up the next 2 weekends with relatives/friends coming down and stuff like that.. Harish will be cut off ( iam just guessing again)as his Dday is drawing closer..
I myself will give you a buzz in 3 weeks from now. Planning to involve my wife too in this cause
I promise i will spring back to my original self in a few days time

Me too with my hubby had the 'D' day reenacted in front of our children with real 'Malai Matral' and 'Mangalyatharanam'. those of you who don't know southi customs, please be informed that my hubby successfully completed his 60 years and it is celebrated as 'Sashtiaptha Poorthi' and as children could not (obviously..yeah yeah..we were the conservative couple) see our marriage, and they very much wanted to.. so we again enacted all the ceremonies except the nalungu and other kashi yatrai (kashi yatra was not done, because we were all sure, my hubby will really perform and take a train to varanashi).. so I am back too into this board and am in a position to render a anil's (squirrel's role during ramayana episode) role in whatever you all going to or wanting to do. For the start why not we all meet in 'homage paid to PKS' tomorrow and have a talk a little later.. Gokul.. it is a golden chance for you to intro your wife to me and I can give her a few tips on how to groom the hubby.. see I have 35 years of experience..and harish you too..be there with your would be if not already owned.
