SUMMARY
We will make India a developed country by 2015. This will be done by removing the license Raj of Congress being continued from British Raj designed to exploit Indians, removing the need to bow and suck up to anyone, by removing the Goonda Raj that has been created by desi goons and tough men / Bada Aadmi at various levels, and bring strict Rule of Law.
Every Indian will be treated like human being. We will remove corruption, have ZERO TOLERANCE for corruption, crime, goondagardi / dadagiri / bossing around, terrorism, narcotics that fund terrorism, crime against women and children, inciting people for any reason into destructive frenzy, other criminal enterprise like kidnapping, racketeering, etc.
We will promote environment to do business. Especially manufacturing sector, peacefully without red tape and simplify all the systems in India. We will bring universal education till 12th grade for all Indian citizens in India, and by distance learning for even People of Indian Origin abroad.
We will provide clean, simple and respectful government FOR THE PEOPLE, where civil servants being paid by taxes you pay will act like respectful and calm servants of the people.
WITH IN 5 YEARS OF WINNING ELECTION WITH ABSOLUTE MAJORITY WE WILL-
1. POLITICAL TURMOIL AND DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY-
a. We will complete the Ram Mandir COMPLEX in Ayodhya.
[CLARIFICATION-Let me clarify, I will be making a complex with Ram Mandir, a Masjid, a Gurudwara, a church, a Vippasyana meditation center, and any other religion that wants to be part of the complex; along with hotels, dharamshala, entertainment complex, amusement park for children, etc.
Since Ram Mandir was the oldest structure there, It will be in the Center. The same problem has been successfully solved in Banaras and Mathura, by peaceful coexistence.
This will be administered by an independent elected committee of visitors, with transparency in all finances, Board members not taking any remuneration, etc.
WHY?
We are making this part of the AGENDA, as this issue has wasted a lot of national man-hour resources, has caused AND HAS BEEN USED TO CREATE a lot of bad blood among the various religious groups, MOSTLY FOR PERSONAL GAINS and must be solved in interest of Development in India.
That is the reason we are interested in solving this issue. PERIOD.
ANY ISSUE THAT STOPS THE HARMONY OF THE NATION AND BECOMES AN OBSTACLE IN DEVELOPMENT OR IS USED TO DISTRACT THE CITIZENRY IS A GOVERNANCE ISSUE.
I had suggested the same to Atalji but, his advisers to bet on early election, India shining, etc swayed him. Indian People are NOT STUPID; they know a FRAUD when they see it. Having limited choices they elected the lesser of the two evils.
After the Firangees left, the Bastard of Mubarak Ali (NEHRUJI) and his step brother Sheikh Abdullah, and the likes of them, have continued the Divide and Rule on various planes, and have been having their malicious fun by controlling media, information, corruption, personal glory, etc.
1. Language- Violating the rights of the original Principals of various states like Kaashi, Hyderabad, Junagarh, Awadh, Mysore, etc. They CAME UP WITH REORGANIZATION OF STATES ON THE BASIS OF LANGUAGE. And they have reaped the rewards on the basis of votes from each block.
2. Religion- Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Jain and any other pretext. Appeasing the minority for making it a vote block and violating the basic tenets of democracy.
3. Color- North South, Dravid – Aryan, even though idiots should know that Ram, Krishna, Shiva, were all-dark.
4. Caste / Tribe- etc. Reservations for Schedule Tribe and Schedule Caste are not working as genuine SC / ST candidates are not being benefited. Only people who are being benefited are those who are already well to do or those who get false certificate of being a SC / ST.
5. North South Divide- Aryan Dravid divide, is another one that is dividing the country. Indian population was stable, well to do and not mobile like the west before the invasion of Mughals and Firangees.
a. Everyone knows that due to stronger solar exposure the light skinned people naturally die more due to lack of protection.
b. This over a time period result in the light colored people naturally dying more due to Darwin’s Theory of Natural Selection and light colored chromatically challenged people being unfit to survive in such solar exposure.
c. This is the reason why Kashmir has fair people and south has darker people. As mentioned above so-called Aryan Gods, Ram, Krishna, Shiv, were dark in complexion.
d. But smart alecks pick up any point like their past masters Firangee Traders and DIVIDE AND RULE the citizens of India for their own personal agenda.
6. ANYTHING THAT DIVIDES INDIANS IN SUB-GROUPS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
ALL THIS NON-SENSE AND RACKET IS GOING TO STOP IN INDIA]
b. We will TOTALLY Eradicate the goonda culture. You will never have to pay anyone to get your work done or never have to face any person with NUISANCE VALUE.
2. AGRICULTURE POLICY:
a. No arable Land will be used for any other purpose.
b. GIS database and cross-reference with ownership will be prepared.
c. Only land marked as barren will be used for housing and factory, etc.
3. HUMAN RESOURCE POLICY
a. It is the duty of the Government to ensure an environment of opportunity and growth for all its citizens.
b. Government is NOT supposed to act like a Raja or Mai Baap to the People; rather people are the masters of their Civil Servants.
4. DEFENSE POLICY
a. Indian Defense Forces will not be used like a Chowkidaar;
b. It is the duty of the Civilian Government to examine all the aspects of the operation and listen to the advice of the Generals before deploying them on any mission.
c. Indian Armed Forces and other Officers of Peace are not there to jump to their death at the wish or whim of Civilian Government. Latest example being useless rhetoric by Atal Bihari Vajpayee (Talking nonsense about Aar Paar Ki Ladai, etc.) and Lal Krishna Adwani opening the war book; he does NOT even know how to light a match properly.
d. The result was useless death of 3000 soldiers, and suffering of many families, for whom these idiots have no concern. In whole of Iraq and Afghanistan war the casualty is still less than 2000.
e. National Cadet Corps – NCC- Training will be made compulsory for all students from class VI to X, to inculcate discipline, teamwork, comradeship and to make them understand the idea of India as one Nation. Ex-servicemen will be trained for the job of training from those who are willing.
5. LAW AND ORDER-
a. We will get Sonia Gandhi prosecuted for smuggling statues (Murti) to Italy and selling in her family shop, being an LIC agent and taking bribes under the guise of doing insurance, giving false information about her education to Parliament and the public, etc.
b. We will investigate and expose Sonia as a street walking prostitute she was from Italy, and as a plant of KGB, that she became later when Lecher Rajiv Gandhi was ogling at her and this weakness of his was exploited by KGB. She will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and, IF FOUND GUILTY, fully punished even if we have to HANG her.
c. We will trace all the funds kept in Swiss bank or any other offshore accounts by Sonia, Rahul or any other agent of their family and bring the funds back to India.
d. We will get Rahul Gandhi prosecuted for having connections with Columbian Cartel and Drug Dealers, getting $2Billion Bribe from KGB in his name, using drug money and being involved in money laundering, etc. He will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and, IF FOUND GUILTY, fully punished even if we have to HANG him.
e. We will remove all CORRUPTION in India and will have ZERO TOLERANCE for corruption, religious violence, destructive activities, narcotics, forced conversion / conversion by fraud and / or allurement, exploitation of WOMEN AND CHILDREN, TERRORISM, etc.
f. We will restore the dignity of the individual and establish Law and Order in the country. If required new laws will be made for this, e.g. Anyone who molests a Child under 14 OR participates in gang rape OR who forces anyone in sexual slavery / prostitution OR indulges in trafficking of women or children for sexual exploitation will be castrated; any one who rapes a lady with physical violence will have one testicle removed, etc. (This will slowly ensure that genes of such people are cleaned up from the gene pool.)
(Hopefully we will not have to do this to many people and people will understand the consequences and change their behavior. Right now sicco-perverts are able to get away with it, so they do not care.)
g. We will institute death penalty for anyone responsible for Religious Riots or riots including murder, including the Anti-Sikh riots of 1984 and Godhra carnage / riots.
i. If we get over 70% of majority, we will consider it a mandate of the people, our Masters, to punish the Guilty and HANG Jagdeesh Tytler, H.K.L. Bhagat, Brahm Dutt Shastri and Sajjan Kumar, and any others who have taken part in planning and execution of the deliberate Burning alive, murder, loot and riots.
ii. Only way this sentence can be avoided when the culprits are given over to Sikh Community and they decide for an alternative or lesser punishment, after talking to them.
iii. Such carnage of burning people alive has never happened in India, not even during British, Mughal, Timor Lane / Taimur Lung, Nadir Shah, or any other period. JUSTICE must be done.
Our Motto For Law And Order Will Be “DO NOT LET ANY GUILTY PERSON ESCAPE”. Sentencing will be quick and fast. Making the Chain Gang, and using the criminals to work on Public Project will institute rigorous imprisonment.
h. The Civil code will be uniform and applicable to all the citizens alike.
i. Uniform Civil code will NOT infringe on their fundamental rights, culture or religious practices that do not involve the breech of fundamental or other rights of other citizens.
ii. For example the law of four marriages in Muslims has to go, as it violates the fundamental right of equal treatment under the law of Muslim ladies.
iii. Those who want to live under Islamic State can go to Pakistan, that is why Pakistan was made. India will be a TRULY Secular country.
6. RELIGION AND STATE-
a. We will observe strict separation of Religion and State.
b. We will strictly prosecute FORCED conversion, by force, violence, enticement of jobs, etc. by Hanging.
c. We will make sure all over the country, including any isolated pocket, all the people live in spiritual harmony with freedom of religion.
d. We will not allow religious workers or anyone accepting money for religious work or from religious institution, to involve him or her in politics, or to use the religious places for political discussions, agenda, etc. They will be strictly prosecuted.
e. All Religious Institution will be operated like an NGO controlled by their members, Board of Directors, etc. Government will only govern them by laws and regulate them for accounting, etc. they will NOT interfere in their business, nor would it take any funds away from the institution for any purpose.
7. FOREIGN POLICY AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS-
a. We will clean up India and neutralize all the enemy agents or spies on the payroll of foreigners, who are in India to destabilize the country or with specific agenda,
b. We will make sure that Kashmir is an integral part of India and is not treated as a special case.
c. Zero tolerance to Terrorism, insurgency, illegal aliens, spying, getting paid by foreigners to create nuisance or riots, etc.
8. DOMESTIC PEACE-
a. We will increase productivity in the government, give government servants better pay, better working atmosphere, more peace of mind, better status as civil servant who are representing the People of India, and better training to do their job.
b. We will simplify all the systems in India and make dealing with government very efficient, so that the people are given good, polite and timely service without any red tape, runaround or bribes.
c. We will make sure that government officials treat all citizens in India with honor and respect, and their dealing with government officials is calm, respectful and productive.
d. We will remove all the farji / useless / do just because you have to do kind of dealings, that is required in the dealings with the government or for doing business, by simplifying systems.
e. We will appoint a Shantidoot, a paid post by the government, an elected person for every 100 people. Their job will be to remove problems and act like Big Brother or Sister to the group of 100 People. For simple things like family dispute, minor problems, motivating people to be good, not commit crime, crime does not pay, honesty is the best policy, environmental consciousness, local mobilization for public works.
9. BUSINESS ATMOSPHERE & INDUSTRY-
a. We will make sure that the atmosphere of doing business in India is improved; there is a system of doing business that is simple, easy to understand. Government Servants will guide even those who do not know it, through these steps as a part of their duty.
b. Anyone with Citizen Multipurpose Card will be given TEMPORARY business license within one hour.
c. Manufacturing, Research, inventions based industry will be given total Tax break to revive the manufacturing base that was decimated by the colonization, e.g. the biggest drain on Roman Empire Gold was Mulmul from Dacca, that competition was exterminated by amputating the workers.
10. EMPLOYMENT-
a. Jobs- we will make a database of all the citizens and make sure that they are employed in some productive work in India or outside India.
b. Government jobs will be given only on the basis of Merit and Fitness, as without merit and fitness, the incompetent person if being hired is a burden on government and is not able to match the performance, thus giving rise to decreased productivity.
c. Those who do not have an employment will be given unemployment insurance payment and
d. Some job training so they can become employable.
e. Government will not do baby sitting or spoon-feeding; participation of citizens is required. Citizens are not subjects of the government in democracy or Kingdom. King is just a servant of the People with responsibility to serve, protect and guide them.
11. TOURISM -
a. We will extensively promote the cultural heritage of India for all the religions.
b. We will change the name of Varanasi back to the original name given to it, Nandan Caanan / Garden of Eden.
12. BANKING SYSTEM
a. Banking system
13. ECONOMY, INFLATION AND GROWTH -
a. We will keep the Growth Rate of the Economy at 10% or more per year, starting the second year.
b. We will keep the inflation NOT more than 3% of the growth rate.
14. SYSTEMS ANALYSIS AND STRUCTURAL SIMPLIFICATION OF GOVERNMENT AND LAWS-
a. Total overhauling of the constitution to make it brief, remove special cases, and make sure that even the legislatures are NOT able to violate the FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS of any Indian Citizens.
b. Making sure that Basic elements of democracy are restored in India.
c. This includes equal treatment of all citizens and uniform laws for all citizens, e.g. Our Muslim sisters will NOT be treated as second-class citizens; women and children will have status as human beings.
d. All aid and governmental assistance will be given on the basis of economic status. Data about race, religion, caste, region, state, Sex, language, etc. that differentiates one citizen from another will not be made public. It will be only for research purposed, so any section lagging behind can be focused upon.
e. After the Database is completed we will implement the database of citizens;
f. We will link the property ownership with this database so that there is no confusion and delay in finding out the owner of property, for buying or selling of the property.
g. Government will absorb all Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) doing important and essential work and their staff will be made Government of India staff.
h. Those that are not absorbed will have to operate only by bank account and computerized accounting, so there is no pilfering of donations and kickbacks for political or other reasons.
i. Conflict of interest will not be allowed in NGO, e.g. anyone holding a position of Professor of Urology will not be allowed to take compulsory donations from the patients who have come to get operations done in NGO controlled by him or any of his close relatives and associates.
i. States will be dissolved, as the original states are no longer there, so the concept of republic of states does not arise. In the age of internet and information we do not need the state level governance.
i. Whole of India will be operated as one state, any citizen will be free to go anywhere, live anywhere, transport goods anywhere without toll, do business anywhere, laws will be uniform and equally applicable all over the country.
ii. State employees will be absorbed into Central Government.
15. CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM-
a. We will work on reducing the delays in Criminal Justice system, make courts Internet friendly and minimize the need to go to court personally, by the use of internet.
b. We will bring back the simplification in Criminal Justice System, revise all laws, and bring back the strict adherence and respect for RULE OF LAW.
c. All the criminal code will be overhauled and more practical sentencing like using chain gangs for public works, death sentence for crimes of judiciary & against the nation will be instituted.
16. ENVIRONMENT-
a. We will ensure proper environmental protection and solid waste disposal so the country is beautiful and clean, giving healthy atmosphere to citizens.
17. EDUCATION-
a. We will start the Educational Networking of the country, so online education is available to all the citizens for free anywhere in the world.
b. We will start development of Sanskrit based programming, databases, etc. and try to convert all computer work and educational work to Sanskrit in 2 generations. If Sanskrit is most computer friendly natural language, then it should work best for programming.
c. All madarsas and all kind of schools will conform to the curriculum and books designed by the independent panel of experts,
18. BANKRUPTCY LAWS
a. Laws about holding people in Prison for Civil Debt were made by British. They only wanted to exploit and collect taxes.
b. We will change these laws and no one can be held in prison for civil debt.
c. Every seven years a person will be allowed to file bankruptcy.
d. Every person will have the asset well documented on citizen database, and linked bank accounts, so they will not be able to file frivolous bankruptcy. Small home, basic things cannot be touched even on filing bankruptcy. Detailed laws will be worked out.
e. This is just to remove the fear of trying new things, and new ventures, and in case the venture suffers a real setback.
f. Anyone can do money-lending business, but no one will be allowed to charge more than 15% of the prime rate of interest given by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). This will ensure that no one is able to take unfair advantage of anyone’s misfortune.
g. All black money will be illegal. This system of parallel economy was created to hide the money from Firangee Traders who had become our Lords, after bribing Mir Jaffier Ali Khan. We are all free citizens and are responsible for paying our fair share as taxes, so the government can undertake the public works.
i. This will give rise to better revenue to the government.
ii. By cutting expenditure and increasing revenue, the income tax rate or other tax rate can be cut.
iii. After giving total amnesty to the black money.
iv. Anyone found operating a parallel economy or indulging in black money dealings over Rs.100,000 will be hanged.
v. This will ensure cash flow and cash availability in the open market for those who want to take loans to start businesses, etc.
vi. Competition among the financial institutions is likely to reduce the rate of interest and encourage entrepreneurship.
19. NRI AND PIO POLICY NON-RESIDENT INDIAN AND PEOPLE OF INDIAN ORIGIN POLICY
a. All Indian Citizens where ever they are in the world will be given voting rights, as long as they have registered to vote, have a PIO / NRI card, etc.
b. This facility will be available on the Internet by secure voting site.
c. They will be allowed to obtain PIO or NRI card in any embassy by taking Indian Citizenship or Additional Indian Citizenship.
d. They will not be required to have a VISA to enter India from any port.
e. Even if they do not have a passport, they will always be welcome in India, for it is their Janani Janambhoomi, will all their belongings, as long as they have registered in the database as an Indian Citizen or PIO.
f. They will only be allowed to vote for elections of posts in the constituency they have registered for.
g. NRI and PIOs can also act as honorary advisers to the Parliament, President of India, Prime Minister of India, Planning Commission of India and to the Various Ministries if they desire.
h. They will be allowed to own and operate business in India; they do not need to go to India to get a business License.
i. Their property and businesses will be under special protection by the Department of NRIs.
j. Indian Citizens living anywhere in the world will be given attorney at the expense of Government of India if they so need for their criminal or civil cases and if they are unable to foot the expense themselves.
20. INFORMATION ACCESS AND CONNECTIVITY FOR AWARENESS AND PARTICIPATION-
a. We will network every village, so that the village has at least one Internet connection for use by the citizens and administrators.
b. We will ensure that all projects going on at all level, except the defense projects are accessible to all the citizens living in India, and to NRIs.
21. ENERGY POLICY
a. We will build a comprehensive energy policy, like other policies, and build upon the gains in a systematic and incremental manner.
b. Non-conventional energy, especially Solar Energy and manufacturing of equipment regarding that will be given full priority.
c. So low cost indigenous equipment is available to people.
22. ELECTIONS-
a. Cleaning up the electoral process, so any one can stand for elections, even Non Resident Indian Citizens, who are willing to work full time in India.
b. All NRIs who are Dual Citizens or Indian Citizens will be allowed to vote.
c. Equal time and space will be given to all contenders in their local government websites and media.
WITH IN 10 YEARS OF WINNING ELECTION WITH ABSOLUTE MAJORITY WE WILL-
1. EDUCATION-
a. Have compulsory education till intermediate or +2, for all citizens of India, residing in India. This education might consist of vocational education in +2 stage.
b. Will make sure that teachers are serious, schools are operated efficiently, and teachers are given all the teaching resources and do not waste time in useless things.
2. LAW AND ORDER-
a. Complete the enforcement mechanism of Law and Order.
b. Come up with basic Civil Code, including simple things like making a queue / line, keeping a distance of at least one yard between a person, etc.
3. JUDICIARY-
a. Bring Judiciary up to date, in the disposal of pending cases.
b. Computerize the court dockets, etc. so the filings can be done by internet,
c. For routine matters one should not have to go to the court at all.
4. SETU BANDH / ADAM’S BRIDGE – with the help of public and others we will start the work on shipping lane, and Adam’s bridge, at least one mile wide from India to Sri Lanka, Ceylon.
5. By the end of second term we will totally eradicate terrorism, tyranny, oppression, exploitation, corruption, injustice and illiteracy.
