One of my favorite things to say is "I am more than what I have become" which for myself means that I'm alot now, but there's more coming my way every day. :)
What is your phone phobia? Marketing calls? or you don't like the phone? It's not clear in your post.

On a different forum we were discussing how NOT to feel like a telemarketer when I make the calls.
