 Tameem Qazi | | Hi..
I'm Tameem Qazi. Though im working as a business manager for an IT firm, at the same time im also aspiring to become an entrepreneur.
Excuse my curiosity, but i dont see a single post being answered by the network moderator herself. This is quite a turnoff. However the rest of the members look more participative..which is very good.
For a rising entrepreneur understanding the managerial aspect of the business and thus tactfully dealing with the issues connected to it is very important. My first question to all is how should one handle outbursts of employees. I'd love to know about your practical experiences (if any) about such situations.Private Reply to Tameem Qazi |

Sue T. | | Depends on the situation. The employee. And what built up to the outburst. Personal life issues? Job issues? Lack of communication? Lack of job description and confusion as to ones duties...
It depends... Nice to meet you!

Sue T. | | So what you're saying, when you say I'm one of you is that, "you're unique" :) Cool!

I've been out of touch on a vacation in Hawaii - that's why you haven't heard from me.
But I'm back! :-)
Glad you're here...
