It is a great pleasure in inviting you once again for another exciting HR Meet organized by More Than HR Global. This time the meet is coming up just around Diwali and is a great excuse to mix learning with Fun.
Th topic of discussion would revolve around "NURTURING GENIUSES : STRATEGIC HR ISSUES". The meet is scheduled for Saturday the 29th of October, 2005. Please mark your calendars and be sure not to miss this great event. Location is in Mumbai and the timings would be from 9:30 am. Please note that the dress code for this event is "Traditional Indian Clothes" (ofcourse, this is not compulsory to follow.

We are having the 21st MTHR Global Full Day Meet on 29th October 2005, at Hotel Ramada at Juhu Mumbai in association with Sinhgad Institute of Management and Computer Applications, Pune.
This will have about 200 -250 senior and middle level HR professionals from various corporates across the country.
The theme for this meet is " NURTURING GENIUSES : STRATEGIC HR ISSUES "
which will try to address the need to enhance the HR contribution to Corporate strategy.

4. WORK - LIFE BALANCE: will be an interesting discussion for professionals grappling with this key Management and Leadership issue in the multitasking, multiskilling and 24x7 environment , that is business today.

You would be glad to know that we recently conducted 7 Full Day very successful and unique meets for HR Professionals which was received very well by the HR Junta. The RedHat-MTHR Global (Sept. 04) meet was a super success with more than 200 HR Professionals participating in it. After that the SIMCA, Pune-MTHR Global (Oct. 04) meet was the first time in Indian history that more than 100 HR professionals traveled and stayed together in a different city. The TASMAC-MTHR Global (Nov. 04) meet where about 50 very Senior Professionals got together for a day of learning and deliberations. The NMIMS-MTHR Global (Dec. 04) meet where around 50 Mid - Sr. level professionals participated. The TIMSR - MTHR Global (Jan. 05) meet where more than 180 HR professionals got together for knowledge sharing. The amazing Science Weekend Meet with TIFR on 12th & 13th March 05 where we had small group of 25. The last 2 days over night stay meet conducted in Lonavala on 29 July & 30 July 2005 where more than 75 HR Professionals from Mumbai & Pune participated.
