Is anybody here using www.FreeCRM.com? This is the most popular web-based Customer Relations Management program on the Net, supposedly. There is both a free and fee-based version. If you are a user of this program, I have some questions:

1) Can you use the email program to send out numerous emails through your ISP even though your ISP limits you to around 25 emails at once? Is there a way to use the system to send out more than 25 emails without getting the "bounce back" problem?

2) Since the CRM is designed for multiple users, can you upload a database that is viewable as a chart and updatable online by the various users?

I know of it but I haven't actually used it. You could send a note to their tech support to see if there are email restrictions.
