I have developed a simple website for Konkan. I would like you all to do simple sign-up on this site and enjoy the features. You can still browse the site without signing up.
Currently we have following features on this site:
1. Adding your travel blog or story with pictures.
2. Uploading your photos to share with world.
3. Forum for discussion in addition to this forum.
4. Event calendar to list events in Konkan area.
5. Contant directory for useful contact info from Konkan area.

We have some nice additions to the Image Gallery and in the Maps section. You can view them here ( http://www.discoverkonkan.com/?q=acidfree )You are invited to post any of nice pictures from Konkan you have.
We are trying to upgrade Contacts and Events section on this site. We need our members to post known events and contacts in the Konkan area to list on the site. It will work as follows.
: Events :
Please goto Add an event link on the left hand panel or clicking here http://www.discoverkonkan.com/?q=node/add/event Enter date and description of the event. This event will be listed on the homepage immediately upon submitting.
: Contact :
Please click on Contact Directory on the left hand side panel and click on Add new contact. You can shoose category of the contact and fill in any of the contact info you have. This will help us to create a directory of all Hotels, Resorts, Travel firms and local tourist gides.
Please use forum for Suggestions and Support queries.
