I suggest you google on "hire a copywriter." There are all sorts of copywriters and the number of years of experience is less relevant than what they can do.
We'd also need to get a sense of what you're offering in the way of work and compensation. Good copywriters are busy. When times are slow, rather than take on a low-budget client, I'm more likely to become my own best client: writing for my own products and services!
