Keep track of who you have talked with, did a demo with, and followed up with. Our system has ways to help you do this with the group option. You can put all your leads within a group and pull them up to see your action log for each person.
Another thing that helps some people is to have a "lead book, or prospect book." Some kind of physical book that you can look at and within a glance see your list.
Whatever you use, follow it through to the end; that final moment when they say absolutely not, or where do I sign?
