He wants to be able to forward them to other agents in his office. I know this can be done, but cannot locate how to do this. Can someone help me with this? After this is done either at the top or the bottom of the screen type in the user ID to copy to (if it is a customer there must be an 'r' before the ID), then click copy to user.
