He wants to open another subsidiary/ branch office in Germany (Frankfurt). Does anyone have the contact details of a good firm which can guide him regarding the procedures involved and the path forward. However, if your friend in India is expanding his operation in Europe with UK and now German subsidiaries, he should be making sure that the Brand Name he is trading under is protected as a European Community Trademark (CTM) Registration. If he would welcome advice on this, I would be glad to help, though I am sure other European Trademark Attorneys would be equally good at handling such matters. You may give him my Contact Details.
