A brief about the profile is as follows:- •10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of training management position. •Strategizing, planning and effectively addressing organizational training needs via roll out of quarterly training calendar, scheduling of training modules. •Ensuring participation, management of training delivery and measurement of training effectiveness. •Develop plan for an in-house training facility to meet the on-going training needs of the company , Identify requirements, budgets, instructors ,instructional materials etc with a view to continuous improvement in each area •Device assessment methods and measurement systems and ensure consistent implementation across the organization. Evaluate & apply alternate Training Techniques •Put in place appropriate processes, policies and guidelines for training & development across the organization. Organizing content development for new training program when required. •Develop, manage, upgrade and monitor the Training team. •Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times. .Responsible for carrying out implementation of the key trainings and run the train the trainer module for delivering Technical / soft skills / process training across various sectors.
