i have 2 real estate plots in north delhi which i need to sell. the first one is 4200 sqyards with a 110 feet main road frontage the second one is off the same main road but has a 6000 sqyard area.
as per the revised master plan which is due to be implemented in delhi soon the plots can be used for any commercial use. we have been receiveing enquires for budget hotels, hospitals and malls since this is next doors to rohini .
asking price today for plot one is 15 million USD and for plot 2 ( the larger one) is 10 million USD. interestingly similar plot sizes auctioned by the government nearby have gone for 30 percent more so there is an arbitrage opportunity for someone who wants faster returns.
the property has clear titles and vacant possession
i will be happy to hear from anyone who is keen himself or for someone
