excellent means in what way. I know in india it is doing fine. But in dubai it is not that well CISCO IP Phone.
we are struggling to get this up. It is their but the downtime is high.
If u r in dubai do let me know.

I would prefer Avaya anytime.Cisco has an aggresive marketing strategy and many people selling it and thats why visibility is higher. In Middle east that is why you will find Cisco visibility. In terms of performance; Avaya is better.
