Should be able to design and program in Flash. Also art direct digital projects including web design, online applications, interactive interfaces etc. HTML (Dreamweaver or GoLive) also needed in the experience spectrum.
Will work on blue chip client projects. 3 years experience with reputed digital company needed.

Details:
must be an independent, self-motivated, creative professional with a passion for interactive design and a vast understanding of Parenting and preschool content. Responsible for conceptualization and design of user interface standards, aesthetics and visual attitude of client websites. Create overall tone of web pages
• Translate project objectives and requirements into compelling, workable user experiences
• Develop and present creative concepts to design director
• Responsible for web page creation from concept through execution • Works with site producers to architect, conceptualize and develop compelling website design / experiences.
• Able to collaborate across different departments (Design, production, tech) • Research and develop tools to aid in web design • Work with developers and outside vendors as needed to accomplish project goals
• Create multiple interface design and layout solutions concurrently
• Adhere to conceptual and design integrity established by Design Director and/or design team.
• Keep up to date with current and emerging relevant trends in the Online medium
• Minimum 3 years experience in web based site design, graphic content design, and concept development
• Excellent new media and web site interface concept and design.
• Strong layout, and typography skills.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and CSS
• Creative and independent thinker • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Detail orientation, good follow-through
• Ability to communicate direction to other designers
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Knowledge, experience, and passion for the Online medium
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. 3D modeling, and video editing a big plus.
