Thanks very much for the quick help. I did found these three before. The first one is full of porno info with little telecom content. :-) They need a moderator apparently. The second is what I am currently using but it is not canadian. The third is not a online forum and quite expensive to attend its events.
Sorry for being blunt here. :-) HOpe it doesn't sound too discouraging.
Canadian content is usually hard to find. I will keep searching.

And I just joined up your forum. Its no point JUST having a forum, since I guess I am only your second user, I belive WE have to now work together to propogate it further. For that I do believe RYZE is the best.
By the way, what is your AIM in setting up this forum. Are you looking for specific types of People , skills or info. Let us know in detail so that we can get people to add in.
About myself..I am a telecom and Data Network architect with IBM India and have applied for Immigration to Canada. I was looking for the same info and maybe look for jobs and assignments.
By the way job hunters..Forums are an excellent way to know your skillsets, abilities and capabilities known. Answer as many questions as you can so people know what you are capable of. These forums can also serve as a good reference point during job interviews and referrals.
