The system has built in feature to generate standard letters required for day to day operations such as Interview Letters, Appointment Letters, Promotion Letters, Increments Letters Etc. and store them in the HRD Cabinet for future retrieval. System allows to Store all the employees Standard numbers such as PF, ESIC, Pass-port, Driving License, LIC Policy Numbers etc. and permits instant retrieval of the same Demands neither computer literacy nor cumbersome memorizing of codes by its users. Extensive Sorting either in Ascending or Descending order and FIND facility on any field in the form allows user to view the data in infinite ways to extract meaningful information without actually generating any query or report. The apply filter facility allows users to see group of employees data depending on his choice e.g. one can see employees in Grade M1 or Division Accounts etc.

Offers user defined multi user operation security (control access and usage). Can be configured and modified according to user requirement due to its modular design using the features of RDBMS. The Existing Data Tables in DBASE, FOXBASE Products, Lotus, Excel, ORACLE, SYBASE, INGRESS, INFORMIX and many more can be Linked and used without modifying them thus protecting earlier investment of the users in the data generation. Storage is only limited by disk capacity in the volume of employee related data that it can store. Facilitates interactive queries / cross tab queries giving a variety of analyses / profiles e.g. Age Analysis, Experience
Analysis, Employee Profile etc.

The output reports can be designed to have standard linked information for making them attractive and presentable. Facilitates to generate graphical outputs for easy understanding and presentation. The system also has the feature of Desk Top Publishing, Label Making, Mail Merge and many other powerful features. Has a built-in letter writer to facilitate communication to employees. Runs on popular hardware/software. It has been designed to work under Microsoft SQL2000 environment in single user or multi user mode.
