Thank you for joining Hollywood & Politics. I've seen your site & looked at your magazine information. Appears to be a very well-done work.
I'm currently in the middle of a short-turnaround book deadline & have, therefore, been seriously AWOL from my own network . . . not necessarily a good thing, but it should change in the not-too-distant future.
I'd love to see you -- & any of our other members -- generate some thought-provoking related posts in the interim. We have some great minds here!

It was fun to watch the hubris fly (like a balloon jetting around the ceiling!) out of the pontificators and pundits on Fox News during the election returns late last night. I thought they were going to cry - they went through the stages of grief right before our very eyes.

It's been entertaining of a sort watching ALL the news channels, w/their various subtle (& some not-so-subtle) leanings from one side to the other, belabor & review & analyze & -- as I actually heard a "news" person say yesterday -- tell us what we should think of certain issues. Literally, the newscaster stated, "Here now to tell us what we should think of this. . . ."
As the Strawman in the Wizard of Oz said, "Oh . . . if I only had a braaain. . . .!" [or so the news might think of their consumers).
