This is a free alternative to faxing and emailing documents...

From the website...

"With PrinterAnywhere you can print documents and photos on other people's printers as easily as on the local one connected to your machine. No special technical knowledge is required from both - printer owner and user."

"With the free software you can print directly from your application such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Photo Editor or any other program you work with to a printer connected to another computer next door or ten thousand miles away (anywhere!)".

This could be useful for sending forms and sensitive information.

I wonder what all the potential business uses are for this tool. Anyone care to share their opinion?

I haven't used this yet, but I'd sure like to try this out with someone.

If interested, leave me a private message...

This might be useful if you have a business with a remote office and do not want to set up a virtual private network, but since transmission is not encrypted there is no reason to use this for "sensitive information", it is no more secure than attaching a document to an email. I'm not sure what advantage this service offers over email, maybe as a replacement for fax...but then it would not be easy to print a signed document without first printing locally, scanning, then printing the image, at which point ya gotta ask "why make your life difficult?".
