THE ICPO SHOULD BE ISSUED BY END BUYER/REFINERIES IN THE NAME OF KIRAN EXPORT AND ACCOMPNIED BY BCL, FRESH DATED NOT OLDER THAN 8 DAYS. BUYER’S BANK NEEDS TO ONE OF TOP 25 WORLD BANKS.
* NCND signed between your group and our group, Seller side is closed. So we/associates are on Buyer side for commission .
It is considered that these are viable requirements and they will permit accelerating timing and finalisation of deals.
