Rajiv Badlani

Hiya folks

I’m relatively new to Ryze and am just beginning to discover its potential.

My name is Rajiv Badlani and I live in Ahmedabad, India.

We make and sell environmentally friendly reusable cloth bags to customers all over the world.

This is an incredible business. It’s a lot of fun and it’s profitable and has an almost infinite potential for growth. What more could a guy ask for? And to top it all, every bag we sell saves the world from more than 500 plastic bags.

We’ve been doing this business entirely off our website but now find that many people have either become regular customers or have started reselling our bags a business for themselves.

In 2007 I want to set up local partnerships all over the world where we would provide comprehensive backend support allowing complete newbies to get into and profit from this delightful and remunerative business.

We will want our partners to bring to the table will be sensitivity to their local markets and fire and enthusiasm to succeed. Not much money as this isn’t a capital intensive business at all. We’ve made all the investments.

If you have an interest, check us out and write me a mail at rajiv@badlani.com.

I write a weblog on the subject at http://www.badlani.com/blog and everything you might want to know about us is on our website at http://www.badlani.com

There is potential for lots of people to get involved and profit from doing this even while feeling good about helping your city’s environment.

Question: How do I locate such people? I’ll be very grateful for whatever advise you can offer.

Have a great Christmas and New Year folks!

Rajiv

I would be interested in possibly promoting your products on my website. I could open a section tailored toward your product. Perhaps an affiliate relationship. Take a look at my website and see if you think we could work together.

Have a great day,

My first thought is for you to approach environmental organizations in different communities. You know that their staff, volunteers, members and other stakeholders are already knowledgeable about the cause. You can start by sending out whatever marketing materials you have to inform them about the product, and save recruitment until you've already built something of a relationship.

Santa Barbara is a very environmentally-friendly community; in addition to environmental nonprofits, there are also retail businesses whose products are eco-friendly. I imagine there are lots of other communities like ours.

Hi Rajiv,

Welcome to Ryze. I am sure you will find it a great medium to make contacts.

I took a look at your site and your product is quite interesting.
I do see some drawbacks to your presentation though.

You are offering bags that would have great appeal to individuals but there is no way for an individual to purchase.
(Other than buying a minimum of 50 bags.)

Perhaps you could try thinking smaller to cover a much wider market?
Your demo pack is of no use to those of us that are internet based.
We are looking for an affiliate sales program or at a minimum, drop shippers.

Places like CafePress have good sales using instant "on demand" printing.
Could your printing process emulate their methods?

PM me or contact me through an instant messenger chat.
I have enabled my IM contact info for you on my Ryze home page.
