I manage over 130 people in a utilities outsourced process and am now interested in pursuing a black belt project in Human Attrition Management/retention and seek your help to guide me further. Dawn Khan | | Chandra, Wishing you all the best in your Black Belt Achievement. The good news for Six Sigma Practioners in your group is that you are going in with green belt skills and a people management interest at heart.
Whether using a DMAIC or DMADV, the sigma tools are useful in assessing where you are and where you aspire to optimize. The only challenge I have seen in more dynamic environments trying to employ Six Sigma Changes is the need for a "Lean" and focussed approach so that you can demonstrate some phased wins and successes before the players all change again. :D
