Dannieal Ochs | | Does anyone have ideas on how to keep the Business coming in now that the market is back to normal??? I'm a Mortgage Broker and I work with lots of realtors, I do cold calling but that has become worn out....I'm developing my action plan for this year and I could use some fresh ideas...

Great Question!
There is an interesting concept that says that Selling is Not a numbers game. That for every 10 No's, you'll get a Yes.
It goes further: by saying that cold calling is a no-win practice.
Think about the last time a telemarketer called as you were about to sit down to dinner with your Family. Were you glad s/he called?
