Many of us are being called upon to speak to audiences that are culturally different from our own.

And we don't even have to move out of our homes to do it. On the 14th, for example, I was speaking live with two people from the USA, two from Australia and one from Scotland. The whole conference took place in the comfort of our own homes, using the internet.
