Madhuri Sen | | Kashid has very limited options for acco, so far as i know. Kashid resorts that is approx.2k per room per night and Prakruti which is more upmarket and about double the cost. You would have more budget options if you drive a bit further to Murud Janjira. These are more "rural" and people usually just drive there and book rooms across the counter. Check www.nivalink.com (they include tariffs) under the ex-Mumbai weekend getaway options to see if you can find something that suits you AND you can book before you leave. Kashid has two options thats prakruti and kashid beach resort...kashid beach resort is approx. 2000+ and prakruti is a costly affair too...
Suggest you can drive further to murud janjira...there are lot of local options...you can also try Patil Khawadi...They serve AWESOME food...Malvani style...and also have decent accomodation...as much as I know...
Also there are a lot fo local people who can let you rooms for a stayover...
