Darpana Athale | | There's Old Mumbai [Fort area, Ballard Pier, Kala Ghoda, Colaba and old monuments around that area]. Also the Bandra Fort is a beautiful place to shoot.
Then around Mumbai, one can visit Elephanta, a half-day to a full day trip depending on how much time you want to spend there.
Lonavala and Khandala are nice for their old houses, etc. As is Alibaug.
Then if you are interested in history there are the Karla, Baja and Bedsa caves one can see.
All of the above are a day's trip or max 2 days.Private Reply to Darpana Athale |

Narendra | | Reccommend Kolad, off the mumbai-goa road, about 130 km from mumbai, on the river kundalika. Good nature photography by the river, can go for excursions to murud/janjira or phansad WLS. Reccommed stay at Camp River Wild on the river banks. Get in touch for more info or boooking contacts Regards Narendra 9820075770 Private Reply to Narendra |
