I am up for doing some public speaking, so I need a generic business oriented 15 minute speech that I can customize for my own unique approach...Sort of like a website template.

Like why reinvent the wheel, eh?

So as a roundup of this group MUST include all the usual suspects in the speechifying business, please dust off the ones that kept people awake and e-mail robert@harringtonhomes.ca or post it.

Thanks

Bob

Bob - There is nothing that beats speaking from the heart on a topic you are passionate about.Beats any 'canned' speeches hands down. It also will endear you to your audience.
Just an observation.

Keep Smiling!

Robert --

In the time it takes you to search for a generic speech and then modify it, you could have your very own business focused speech done and ready to go. I have used speaking as a way to grow my business and if done right, you can reap some very big rewards.

Here are some tips that will head you in the right direction. Good Luck!

I'm with Denise and Fred. If you want to stand out and differentiate yourself from the crowd, you're going to have to create something that is targeted to your particular audience and demonstrates your own passion for the topic. Anything else is an insult to your audience and they will not connect with your or feel inclined to take action.
