David Kmetovic | | Greetings! My client is purchasing an established mining property in Nevada with a well-documented history of production. The mine contains deposits of gold, silver and lead, with a value conservatively estimated by a registered geologist at 2.5 billion dollars.
For a very short time, we are willing to sell Forward Gold Contracts to help our initial capitilization to get in production. Gold in the form of Hallmarked Ingots warranted and marked as .9995% Pure are to be shipped
to buyers twelve (12) months from the date of the execution and purchase of the forward contract. Buyers will be buying the gold now at $400 per Troy Ounce.
The buyer/investor will receive shipment of the gold 12 months from the date of purchase and will realize the original gain plus any additional gain over the spot price from the purchase date of the forward contract.
This forward contract will be secured by an assignment of a secured interest in the form of a 2nd position Deed of Trust in the Mine at $600 per Troy Ounce. All of the above information about the mines and our assignment rights is readily verifiable.
